Phase I – Preparation

• Leaders consultation & development of strategic plan for discipleship in homes, schools, coffee shops – wherever the people are.
• Advanced Discipleship Team develop promote & develop discipleship
• Church discipleship plans complete
• Training & discipling of disciplers (every believer) – new ideas / new tools
• Christians begin deliberate discipleship
• Discipleship Movement begins well before proclamation events

Phase II – Proclamation

• Gospel preached clearly & altar call given
• Inquirers respond
• Local Links talk & pray with inquirers
• Local Links disciple inquirer for 8 weeks

Phase III - Transformation

• Inquirers allocated to churches
• Inquirer’s church
• Friend’s church
• Local Link’s church
• Small groups disciple inquirers – Specific to age
• Advanced discipleship team implements strategies for those that have fallen through the cracks
• City-wide discipleship events continue
• Training in evangelism and missions
