Sample Materials lists


Please note: This list was composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all items might be required, there will be a defintive list for the event in your community closer to the time.


General Materials
- sample
  • tickRolls of duct tape (plenty)
  • Tables for Local Link materials
  • Floor covering (if venue has wood floors and does not provide a cover)
  • Fork lift
  • Crowd barriers
  • Caution tape
  • Badges or armbands for volunteers

Island Breeze - sample

  • Flat pile carpet in a neutral color to cover the center section of the stage
  • Coleman fuel (if they are permitted to perform the fire knife dance)
  • Assorted sizes of green plants and tropical flowers to decorate the backdrop and front of the stage. See if a local florist would be willing to loan the plants if they are returned or a church uses plants for their lobby or stage.
  • Drum Kit for performance nights (if required)
  • 6 Full length and lighted make up mirrors for dressing rooms
  • A clothes hanging rack for each dressing room
  • 2x Iron and ironing board
  • Carpet runners to stage from changing rooms

GX International - sample

  • Masonite (Particle Board) to cover the floor for the Skate Park
  • Plywood for under the masonite if the floor is too uneven
  • Electricians duct tape for taping to wood floors
  • Coleman fuel
  • General toolbox and basic power tools
  • Old towels to be burned
  • Ramps
  • Dance floor cover (if possible)
  • Table for DJ
  • Brooms for the skate ramps (if outdoors squeegees might be needed)

Team Xtreme International – sample

  • Hot rolled steel bars 5' long, 1/2" thick
  • 8x8x16 building blocks (to be returned)
  • Lawn edging blocks/breaking blocks(sometimes also called mowing strips)
  • 1/2" Nuts
  • Full size bath towels (new towels please)
  • Queen size blankets (please donate used ones)
  • Large phone books
  • Sheets of 1/2" plywood (must be flat)
  • 16' long 2x4's (please use pine spruce) *Not treated wood
  • Case of diet sprite
  • Blue plastic tarps
  • Sections of Scaffolding with platforms
  • Olympic weight bench, Olympic weight bar, 6 to 10 45 lb. plates
  • Wooden Log with handles
If FIRE is allowed (please check with local coordinator):
  • C02 Fire Extinguishers. MUST BE C02
  • 5 gallon trash can to be half filled with water.
  • Gallons of COLEMAN fuel. Three lighters. — shelllite/fuellite
Team Xtreme International can provide the following equipment:
  • Hot water Bottles
  • Baseball bats
  • Hand cuffs
If Ice is allowed (Please verify with city coordinator):
  • Sculptured ICE blocks. Please see diagrams provided
  • 15 inch blade Chainsaw, with extra fuel
Items that may be required: (talk to team leader)
  • Mazda 323 hatchback or similar vehicle (nothing bigger please), this vehicle MINUS engine, gas tank, Windows and or transmission, can be acquired from any wreckers yard. Also 2 eight-foot angle Iron Bars. PLEASE have someone on hand to weld a weight bar to the bottom of the car
  • Truck or Bus, depending on the size of the venue, you will be notified by the team leader. ALSO Rubber matting 4 to 5 ft in Width, the length of the floor where the vehicle will be pulled (if floor is slippery).
  • Gymnastic crash mat at 12x6 ft wide, (depending if performers come).
  • Portable professional basketball goal.

Live Production Crew - sample

  • Tables for mixing console
  • If outdoors – tents for mixing desks and light desk
  • Fork lift, Cherry Picker, Scissor Lift (check with the IWT Live Production Crew for particular needs for your venue)
