Responsibilities of Church Distribution Team

Distribution of publicity materials to churches, at various stages of IWT.
Communicate with the IWT office for a schedule of needed distribution.

Bulletin inserts, Operation Andrew Cards and posters must be delivered to each church in the community at various stages of the Impact World Tour. It is important that each church is left with as many inserts as they need. The IWT office will provide the inserts and dates of distribution.

Obtain a list of participating churches including Sunday attendance from the Publicity Team Leader. Each church should receive at least 5 tickets for every person on Sunday morning.
Update the list regularly as more churches join along the way.
Call church offices for the number of bulletins they regularly print for each Sunday and the deadline for including a blurb or insert.
Recruit volunteers to bring materials to each of the churches. Arrange for volunteers to pick up of materials during office hours.
Deliver materials to churches before their deadline date.
