Responsibilities of the Children’s Team Leader

The responsibility of the Children’s Team Leader is to gain the involvement of as many church children groups as possible. Approximately 35-40% of those responding at the Campaign will be children, which will mean that children’s pastors and leaders will need to be prepared to care for many new young believers. The Team Leader will be responsible to oversee the implementation of the discipleship strategy.

Procedure:

Step One:
Familiarize yourself with all of the responsibilities of this team, drawing up a timeline for events with deadlines for preparation.

Step Two:

Build the team by encouraging members to bring interested or qualified people from their church and other churches. It is ideal to have children’s leaders or pastors from as many churches as possible.

Step Three:
Appoint three Captains:
Step Four:
Split the members of the team into these three areas to assist the Captains.
