Local Link Team Leader

Responsibilities of the Local Link Team Leader

The responsibility of the local Link Team Leader is to look after the Local Links for the Impact World Tour. He/she will run meetings, train the Local Links, and facilitate them during and after the outreach events.

Procedure

Step One:

Familiarize yourself with all of the responsibilities of this team. Refer to and personalize the timeline for your city.

Step Two:

Build the team and recruit reps from other churches. This team needs members who are willing to recruit and train others and invest in people’s lives.

Step Three:

Appoint four Captains:

Step Four:

Split the members of the team into these four areas to assist the Captains. It is a necessity for all Captains to work together.
