Call team

Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.

Recruit Call Team and make sure that they are operational before the campaign starts.
Make sure that every Call Team member has attended both Local Link Training Sessions.

By counting the Local Link Applications, estimate how many Call Team members will be needed so that there is one Call Team member for every ten Local Links at a church (the Call Team member should be from the same church as the Local Links they are contacting if at all possible).

Keep in contact with the IWT Office and Local Link Captain as the Local Link Training Sessions occur to see if any more Call Team members are needed.
Arrange for a location to make phone calls during the first two weeks, the fifth, and the eighth week after the campaign (one or two nights each week). It may be more feasible for the Call Team members from each church to meet at their church or the local IWT Office and call from there.
Give a list of Call Team members and the Local Links assigned to them to the Local IWT Office to be inputted into the database.
Make a list of Local Links that are willing to be used for reassignment of New Believers who have not been effectively followed up on.
