Campaign Statistics team
Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.
The role of the Campaign Statistics Coordinator is to record statistics each night of the campaign, according to age groups and gender.
Statistics Captain Responsibilities
- Recruit statistics team members to help on each night of the campaign and/or for the 2 months following the campaign
- Oversee the counting and reporting of statistics each night of the campaign
- Make sure that every New Believer is entered into the database and sent a postcard each Campaign night
- Oversee entry of the follow-up data information for 2 months after the Campaign
Prior to Tour Week
- Recruit Statistics Team – 6 to 10 people to assist at each event
- Obtain required statistics forms and worksheet (see end of section), pens, calculators
- Arrange to meet statistics team in designated room immediately after the event
On the Campaign Nights
- Collect top copy of response forms from the Materials Captain
- Record statistics according to:
- Gender
- Age group
- Decision (1st time or recommitment)
- When all cards have been counted and the statistics are compiled, prepare the Daily Tour Report
- As cards are recorded pass them on to the Correspondence & Data Entry Team (i.e. Don’t wait til they are all counted as you will hold up the data-entry)
- Give Daily Tour Report to the IWT Coordinator immediately following the event.
