Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.

The Capital Campaign is a strategy with a special focus that uses several different types of fundraising activity – a combination of luncheons, dessert banquets, small group and individual presentations, to raise the budget for the Impact World Tour.

The Capital Campaign is broken into three areas:

  • Individual gifts – through banquets and church kick offs
  • Corporate gifts and sponsorships – through business luncheons and one-on-one meetings as well as civic groups and clubs
  • Grants and Gifts in Kind – gifts of materials, equipment, services, office space etc…

Combination of Efforts

As IWT Staff share in Church Kick-offs, Prayer meetings, volunteer training times, and Banquets they will provide an opportunity for individuals to give toward the campaign. This happens simultaneously to the Fundraising Committee’s preparation for a concentrated fundraising effort through personal solicitations and approaches to businesses for gifts and sponsorships. Together, these efforts combine to present the vision of IWT to a broad base of people in order to gain the support needed.
