 Sample Sponsorship Package
Please note: These options very much depend on what is possible in the venue and the advertising package for the particular set of events.
Just prior to the campaign week itself we saturate the entire region with advertising that takes the form of Television, Radio, Newspaper, Posters, Banners and Billboards.
To help encourage gifts we ask businesses to sponsor the Impact World Tour for $1000 or more. In return there would be an appropriate mention of their sponsorship as shown in the chart below:
When approaching companies with this strategy be sure to communicate that these are minimum amounts and they can give considerably more toward the campaign than the suggested amounts. Each company will be required to provide their company logo to the IWT office a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the campaign for printing purposes.
Sponsorship Levels - Sample
Of course these levels have to be adjusted according to your budget and availability of advertising.
Platinum - $20,000
- Mention on the radio and TV ads
- Verbal endorsement on the event nights
- Your banner displayed in the event venue
- Your logo on all printed materials (billboards, newspaper, posters, flyers)
- Option of putting a coupon on the flyers
- Your logo on our website with link to your website or e-mail
Gold - $10,000
- Your banner displayed in the event venue

Silver - $5,000
- Your banner displayed in the event venue
