Arrangements Team
Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.
Arrangements | Volunteers
Assist with staging and equipment set-up, tear down, and clean-up for IWT events. Secure and deliver all necessary equipment for events with others in community-wide committee.

Spread word for arrangements needs to your church (as needed)

Assist with material delivery, set-up and tear-down (as you can, some late nights/early mornings, during Tour)

Attend Arrangements planning meetings (1-4 hours a month until Tour)

Contact businesses for donations or to procure materials (2-6 hours a month)
This Arrangements Team’s primary goal is to prepare the physical arrangements for the facilities at the main IWT venue and to obtain and organize the materials needed by the IWT Teams.
Primary functions of the team
- To resource the materials needed for the evangelistic events, including bricks, plywood, etc.
- Recruiting a crew of workers for set-up and teardown of the venue.
- Organize the rooms needed at the venue.
