 Hospitality | Volunteers
Provide food, housing, and transportation for IWT events and team members.
Volunteers also may help to organise the efforts of local churches, individuals and businesses in providing hospitality for the visiting teams.
- Provide room and breakfast for team members (during team stay)
- Offer vehicle for team use (minimal time)
- Serve as team driver (full day or shifts during team stay)
- Cook and/or bake for team meals (as you can, during team stay)
- Spread word for hospitality needs to your church (as needed)
- Assist with hospitality (i.e., tea & coffee, baking, welcome baskets, small meals) for special events such as Pudding Feasts, trainings, and seminars (pre-Tour, 1-2 times a month until Tour, event specific)
Hospitality | Chairperson
- captains needed: Food | Housing | Transportation | Special Events
- Attend hospitality planning meetings (1-4 hours a month until Tour)
- Assist in hospitality organisation such as: host home and transportation arrangements, contacting businesses for donations, special events, meal planning and organisation (1-6 hours a month until Tour, be on-hand during team stay)
The Hospitality Team provides meals, housing, and transportation for the Impact World Tour staff and performers.

Primary functions of the team
- Arrange housing for IWT staff, special speakers and other guests during the months preceding the campaign.
- Provide housing, transportation, meals and hospitality for IWT staff and outreach teams for the duration of the IWT campaign.
- Provide refreshments and desserts at special IWT events such as Banquets and Luncheons.
