This structure may be localized by the IWT Office and more or not all teams needed.
Job description summary of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee will give leadership to the campaign process. It should be made up of a broad representation of churches and denominations, including lay and businesspeople as well as clergy.
The earliest responsibilities of the Executive Committee members include:
- Personally contact other churches to invite their participation in the Impact World Tour.
- Fill out and turn in the Church participation forms as soon as possible.
- Consider making a financial contribution to open the local account.
The Executive Committee is a working committee that will meet on a weekly basis to pray, receive team reports, monitor the progress of fundraising and oversee the current calendar and special events.
The Nets Team
Impact World Tour's ultimate goal is community transformation - this includes long and short term strategies to reach and disciple whole communities.
Where available, the Nets team focuses mostly on the implementation of long term discipleship mechanisms. They help build multiple layers (or "nets") - so if the inquirers fall through the cracks of one layer, there is something else that will catch them.
This team is made up of YWAMers and trained volunteers and might not be available in all locations.
