Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.
Recruit Local Links (altar counsellors) for event nights, and assist with their training and organisation. In cooperation with the ministers and local committee, strategise, plan and oversee discipleship of new believers.
Spread the word for discipleship/ Local Link needs to your church (as needed)
Actively recruit Local Links, by sharing about IWT, distributing information and through personal invitation (1-2 hours monthly)
Assist in training of Local Links as helpers, organisers or instructors (3-6 hours per training session)
Assist in the preparation efforts for discipleship and follow-up in your church. (1-4 hours monthly)
In cooporation with your minister or discipleship group take part in and oversee the discipleship of new believers. (as needed after the events)

Attend Discipleship planning meetings (1-4 hours a month until Tour)
