3 weeks on the road, 11 towns reached, 47 schools visited,  13 public shows done, around 100 churches mobilized... more than 70,000 people attended & heard the Gospel in a relevant way, more than 7,000 people responded in giving their lives to follow Jesus.

We can’t believe how fast the tour has gone here in the Philippines.  God has been moving in amazing ways…  we have seen Government Officials and various leaders responding to the love of God, a boy born deaf instantly healed and thousands everywhere respond to message of the good news of Jesus Christ.

above:  A festivity of skills, talents, and the good news of Jesus!
The teams were viewed by most if not all locals as celebrities due to their appearances and unique performances - especially with the present young and rising generations!  Our teams can’t help but step in the shoes of  a celebrity during the tour and used that as a door to speak into the lives of many about the truth of Jesus and what it means to follow Him.

The tour was amazing!  For 3 weeks we worked alongside with churches and missions organizations from various denominations, government, civic & business leaders, local volunteers from various townships, and International delegates to reach out within 3 weeks as many as we could with the love of God to the 11 towns of Compostela Valley Province.  Teams and staff workers from the Cebu House of Prayer, YWAM Baguio, and YWAM Davao joined us along with local church volunteers to pray and minister for those who came forward – many of those who responded to the altar call were deeply hurting from situations at home.  Some struggle with abusive parents, others with messed up marriages, some with alcohol and drug abuse.  A lot of people were longing for freedom and healing.  It’s wonderful to see the change on their faces as God touched them and set them free during after the shows.

“The IWT campaigns served as a platform to bring the local churches together in a fresh found unity regardless of denominations.”  said a local Pastor.  We’ve seen how the churches rose up to take the challenge of funding and managing some of the logistics of the tour.  Another local Pastor shared to me: “at first I was skeptical if we could pull this off realizing the magnitude of work for the tour, I only saw the huge giant of impossibilities, but when the churches came together to pull resources and divide the responsibilities, we overcame the giant.”  One of my personal highlights was to see the Governor himself of the province come forward during the altar call to give his life to Jesus in one of our public shows.  I was so excited about it as it is so obvious how God is moving in the hearts of the leaders from churches, government, and businesses in the province.

Looking back we cannot help but worship our God for His faithfulness in not only bringing in the harvest of thousands of souls and the above mentioned, but also for sustaining and putting fire into the movement after the events as many churches have expressed their excitement to work on the follow-up and discipleship phase.  God is faithful to finish what He has started.

Above Right: one of our biggest supporters are the wonderful sisters of St. Bridget Convent in Montevista.

What’s next after the events?

Please continue to pray for the movement and for all volunteer workers of the campaign as we transition to the next phase of the campaigns.  The events are over but the challenge to disciple those who came forward to the events has just started.  Our staff continue to work alongside with the churches to see that follow-up dynamics are in place.  Please pray that the churches will rise up to the task as the bulk of this responsibility goes to them.

In all of these we continue to ask for your prayers and support as we continue to work on the phase we are in and for our next steps as a campaign.
